Je travaille avec les gens de Cognat depuis de nombreuses années, avant même la fondation de la compagnie.

Cognat has been our service provider for past two years and they have solved our server and pc problems on line quickly and cost effectively. We prepay for a block of hours and deplete it for actual time used with no minimum. We do not have an IT department so Cognat fills that role admirably. But this latest feat has propelled me to write a note of thanks. When my blackberry died the Tuesday before Christmas I took it to the Bell store where they tried for 2 hours to revive it! But as they told me – 9 out of 10 times reloading the software will work, I was the « 1 in 10″ that didn’t . There was nothing to be done and no way to access the information inside, which of course, I never backed up. So sadly the Bell tech informed me that I would have to re-enter all my contact info manually. He also told me that my « IT » people could walk me through the setup process since I’m on an outside server. Well the walk through process consisted of an email from you with instructions of what to do and it took all of a minute and a half. Then as if by some miracle of the holidays – all of my contacts re-appeared! But, not a Christmas Miracle – just the routine every day service provided by a team of unbelievable Cognat personnel who take care of things that customers aren’t even aware of !
